What we collect

When you send an enquiry or order request, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, product selection, delivery city or address, and message. Your browser stores your product selection locally. We do not use session replay or record your form inputs for analytics.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond, confirm product availability, price and delivery, prepare a quote, and handle an order or support request. We do not sell personal information. We do not use an enquiry address for marketing without a separate request from you.

Services and sharing

Private enquiry and order records are stored with our hosting provider in the United States. Website requests and form submissions are processed by that provider. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp after you confirm it there, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Website fonts are served from our own site. We share order details with staff and service providers only as needed to answer or fulfil your request.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and order information only as long as needed for customer service, business records, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact us using the details above. You can clear your product selection in your browser's site data. See our cookie policy.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Please do not include payment card numbers or passwords in website forms.
