Before you order

We confirm the exact item, price, availability, delivery charge and any model specific return conditions with you before you accept an order. Ask us about any point that affects your decision. This website does not take payment.

If there is a problem

We will review the issue and explain the applicable repair, replacement, return or refund option under the agreed order terms and consumer law. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Change of mind and custom orders

Eligibility, collection charges and timing for a change of mind or a specially ordered item are confirmed before the transaction. We will not impose a policy that overrides your statutory rights.

Refund method

When a refund is due, our team will confirm the amount, method and expected timing in writing. Keep your order confirmation and receipt. We provide a receipt for completed sales.
